Vazon View by The Drawing Room

This stunning west coast home is set atop an elevated site with west coast views.

Constrained by a complex grid system and maximum glazing sizes set by a passive haus modular company, the team designed a unique and energy-efficient dwelling that splits the building forms on the site and connects them with a simple flat roof.

Ground levels were adjusted to ensure all spaces and levels would have access to the stunning sea views. From the front door view through to the infinity pool, this home proves that you don't have to sacrifice style for a modular building.

Embarking on a project can be a daunting experience for many people and often enough we are the first point of contact for our clients at the start of their journey.

We believe our offering is unique to the island and here are some of our top reasons why you should work with us:

  1. We listen

We get excited about designing things for people, but before we do, we’ll spend time listening to you and defining your brief. We take the time to listen carefully to you to gain a clear understanding of your priorities and aspirations through our induction process for new clients.

  4. We have a proven track record

We have over 50 years of combined experience working on architectural projects, ranging from high-end housing and restaurant developments to home extensions and heritage refurbishments. We have a proven track record of delivering projects for our clients, most of which have used our services again for alternative projects.

  5. We are fun

We’ll use our experience to navigate the design stages calmly and engage with you closely along the way. Projects shouldn’t be as stressful as you see on Grand Designs!
