We're very proud to have designed this stunning Guernsey east coast home for our clients.

The project started with a demolition of the upper floor and roof whilst retaining the lower floor structure. We formed new vaulted roof shapes coordinated with the rooms below and provided a complete internal and external re-fit.

The project wasn’t without its challenges though. It started on site just weeks before a covid lockdown and has endured difficult conditions for the construction industry. The site itself is also difficult by way of its topography. Heavy vehicle access was restricted and concrete to the lower garden had to be delivered by flume.
