We are so happy to see this project get out of the ground!

Working closely with our clients we got to understand how they live so we could come up with a solution that is tailored to their family and lifestyle (and their renowned parties!).

Rachel designed a brick-clad structure, complimented with critall steel doors to open up to their patio space with roof glazing to ensure maximum natural light.

Our clients have employed KJ Brouard builders to remove an existing conservatory and construct this large open plan extension.

We have been employed to oversee the construction project and here you can see our plans for the property, the existing dwelling and work now in progress. We look forward to sharing more photos as work on-site continues.

New Build Project

We have been commissioned to design a new dwelling for a client who wants to create a 4 bedroom home built to modern standards and with generous living spaces.

The existing Guernsey dwelling was purchased knowing that serious structural movement has occurred, and repair was not an economically viable solution. Our solution is a double-pile roof form, combined with a natural material palette to compliment the surrounding landscape.

The new dwelling is being designed to a high standard of sustainability, including enhanced thermal performance & airtightness, solar photovoltaic panels and adaptable & accessible layouts.
